ITP - INTERN TRAINING PROGRAM: GENERAL
Fredricks & von der Horst: The focus of our ITP is to make Interns familiar with substantive and practical work in commercial law, both international and domestic, with an emphasis on media and entertainment applications.
Our case flow will dictate the actual sequence of your exposure to these practice areas. Our aim is to make you acquainted with the following:
SUBSTANTIVE WORK

Your education in the Europe will prepare you for practice in the Europe better than any activity that we can provide. Where we augment your training in the Substantive Work is giving you an introduction to U.S./California law for comparative purposes.
With Practical Application, our objective is to expose you to actual client relations, to law office management, and to some of your participation in the profession and in the community.
